SHIPPING, RETURNS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

IN-STORE COLLECTION (IF AVAILABLE)
If in-store collection is available for your order, you will receive an email and/or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
To collect your order, you must present:
Original payment method confirmation (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)
Order confirmation email
Orders can only be collected by the person who placed the order unless otherwise arranged with customer support.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide using a reliable network of international carriers.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after confirmation, Monday through Friday.
All products are designed in Italy.
Depending on product availability and logistics, orders may be fulfilled from one of our operational warehouses located in:

Japan
China
Germany
Shipping origin may vary depending on stock availability and logistics optimization.
DUTIES AND TAXES
European Union
Duties and taxes are included in the final price (DDP) for customers located in the European Union.
Some countries may require additional customs information for delivery.
United States & Canada
Duties and taxes are included in the checkout price (DDP).
Carriers may occasionally request additional delivery information to complete the shipment.
United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are included in the checkout price.
Other International Destinations
For countries outside the regions listed above, duties, import taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays within the European Union.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
During product launches, limited drops, holiday periods, or high-volume events, processing time may extend to 1–3 business days.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS (IMPORTANT)
Some products may be offered as Pre-Order items.
Pre-order items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.
The estimated delivery window will be clearly indicated on the product page under the Pre-Order label.
Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs procedures, or carrier delays.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, shipments may be combined or split depending on warehouse availability.
If you wish to split shipments, please contact info@vasariclo immediately after placing your order.
By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Standard shipping is available and typically arrives within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Expedited delivery options may also be available during checkout, usually delivering within 2–4 business days.
Please note that next-day or guaranteed two-day delivery may occasionally be unavailable due to carrier limitations.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
We currently ship worldwide to over 30 countries using trusted international carriers.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and carrier operations.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping confirmation.
You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

RETURNED TO SENDER
Orders may be returned to the sender for several reasons, including:
Invalid or incomplete shipping address
Carrier unable to complete delivery
Order refused at delivery
Please note that VASARI is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our warehouse, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
If you require specific delivery instructions or shipping arrangements, please contact our support team before placing your order.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, special delivery instructions cannot always be guaranteed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes after purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing or shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Returns must include a valid tracking number and must not be shipped to the original sender address.
All returned items must pass inspection upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless the item is defective.
Refunds are typically issued within up to 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
EXCHANGES
To ensure product availability, exchanges are handled by placing a new order for the desired item.
The original item can then be returned following the standard return procedure.
All exchanges are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND PRODUCT CARE
VASARI products are covered against manufacturing defects for their reasonable useful lifetime.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper washing or handling
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
Sale or discounted items
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
