Refund policy

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

VASARI does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Items must include all original packaging
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Orders purchased using store credits issued from previous returns

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened with the payment provider, the refund process may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved, which may take up to 75 days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes after being placed.

After this time window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

If you need assistance immediately after placing an order, please contact info@vasariclo as soon as possible.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please send an email to info@vasariclo with the subject line:

Return Request – Order #XXXX

Your request must include:

Your full name
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return

Once we receive your request, our support team will provide the return instructions.

Please note that only one return request can be submitted per order.


PREPARING YOUR RETURN

After receiving confirmation from our support team, please follow these steps.

Carefully pack the item using its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transport.

Inside the package include:

Your full name
Your order number

You may use your preferred postal service or courier. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the sender remains responsible for the shipment until it arrives at our warehouse.

All return shipping and packaging costs are covered by the customer.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns, please declare the shipment as:

Returned goods – Failed sale

Attach the required customs forms, such as CN22 or CN23, to the outside of the package.

If customs duties or additional charges are applied due to incorrect declarations, the package may be refused and returned to the sender, with any associated costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN INSPECTION

All returned items undergo a quality inspection once they arrive at our warehouse.

If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags, the return may be rejected.

If the return is refused, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Amex – up to 15 business days
Apple Pay – 2 business days
Google Pay – 1–3 business days
Klarna – 1–5 business days
Mastercard – 3–7 business days
PayPal – up to 5 business days
Shop Pay – 3–10 business days
Union Pay – 5–10 business days
Visa – 3–7 business days

In some cases, the refund may appear on the next billing statement depending on your card issuer.


EXCHANGES

VASARI does not currently process direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order for the desired item.

You can then return the original item following the standard return procedure described above.

This ensures the replacement item can be reserved and shipped immediately, subject to stock availability.
