HOW TO COLLECT IN STORE

Notification: You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

To collect your order, you need:
(A) Original method of payment, PayPal, or Apple Pay confirmation
(B) Order confirmation email

Orders can only be collected by the person who placed the order unless otherwise arranged with our customer support team.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship worldwide using a reliable network of domestic and international carriers. Orders are typically shipped within one business day after confirmation, Monday through Friday.

All products are designed in Italy.

Products may be stored and shipped, subject to availability, from our operational warehouse locations in: Italy, United States, Japan, China, and Germany.

Are duties and taxes included on my order?

EUROPEAN UNION
Duties and taxes are included in the final price for customers located in the European Union. Some countries may require additional customs information in order to complete the delivery.

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Duties and taxes are included in the checkout price. Carriers may occasionally request additional delivery or customs information in order to complete the shipment.

UNITED KINGDOM
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are Delivered Duty Paid. Duties and taxes are included in the checkout price where applicable.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
For orders outside of the regions listed above, duties, import taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on local regulations and remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

When a product is available for pre-order, you will find a clear “Pre-Order” label on the product page together with the estimated delivery window.

Pre-order items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase and will be shipped according to the estimated delivery window shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs procedures, or carrier delays.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

We aim to ship orders within one business day after purchase. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing during product launches, special releases, major holidays, or high-volume periods.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping is available and typically arrives within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Expedited delivery options may also be available at checkout and typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on carrier availability.

Please note that next-day or guaranteed two-day delivery may occasionally be unavailable due to carrier limitations.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to customers in over 30 countries using trusted international carriers.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our fulfillment center. Your tracking information will be included in this email.

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

You can also contact us at info@vasariclo with your order number and we will be happy to check the status of your shipment.

Why was my order returned to sender or refused?

An order may be returned to sender or refused for one of the following reasons:

  • The shipping address is invalid or incomplete.
  • The carrier is unable to complete the delivery.
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Please note that VASARI is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

If a package is returned to our warehouse, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

If you require specific delivery instructions or shipping arrangements, please contact us at info@vasariclo before placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, special delivery instructions cannot always be guaranteed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes after purchase.

After this time window, the order may already be in processing or shipped and therefore cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return an item?

To request a return, please contact us directly at info@vasariclo with your order number and reason for return within 14 days from the date you received the item.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the original product received is defective or incorrect.

Please do not return the item to the sender’s address. Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team.

We do not accept returns without prior authorization from our support team.

For return orders, the customer must provide a valid return tracking number. Returns without tracking information may not be accepted.

We do not collect return orders from courier offices. The return shipment must be delivered to the return address provided by our support team.

When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been received, inspected, and approved. This may take up to 10 business days after receiving your return at our warehouse.

After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

EXCHANGES

VASARI does not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order for the desired item before returning the original item.

This ensures that the replacement item can be reserved and shipped immediately, subject to stock availability.

You can then return the original item following the standard return procedure described above.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY & PRODUCT CARE

We take pride in our craftsmanship, materials, and product quality. Products purchased through our website at full price are covered against manufacturing defects for their reasonable useful lifetime.

This warranty applies only to genuine manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect washing, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or lack of proper care.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Scratches, frays, scrapes, dents, rips, tears, loose threads, stains, discoloration, or signs of use that occur through normal daily wear and do not impair the functionality of the product.

Damage caused by improper maintenance, washing, cleaning, storage, or handling of the product.

Damage resulting from attempted self-repair, unauthorized alterations, or modifications.

Replacement of non-defective components when only one part of the product is defective.

Products sold as “sale”, “discounted”, “final sale”, “clearance”, “as-is”, “sample sale”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not sold at full retail price or as first quality.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors, retailers, marketplaces, resellers, second-hand dealers, or any website that is not operated by VASARI.

PRODUCT CARE — GARMENTS & OUTERWEAR

We use carefully selected materials to ensure quality, comfort, and durability. To care for garments, outerwear, leather details, and delicate fabrics, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, moisture, grease, oil, dirt, and direct heat.

Always follow the care instructions provided on the product label. For leather or delicate materials, use only neutral care products that will not stain, alter, or damage the material.
